Harrow Gymnastics Party Terms and Conditions

Due to high demand, we have added an additional party slot to Saturday’s schedule. We have made an adjustment to the timings and parties will run back-to-back. 

When booking a party, you will be asked to complete a form providing us with the requested information and agreeing to our party rules.

Timing of each party

15:15-16:45 Timings

• 15:10 Arrival time (If you or your guests do arrive earlier than 15:10, you will need to wait outside until you are invited in)
• Children will wait in the changing room, parents/family members will have access to the side room and balcony upstairs
• 15:15 Children will enter the gym
• 15:15 You will have access to the party room to setup
• 16:15 You will no longer have access to the side room or balcony
• 16:15 Children will come upstairs to the party room 
• 16:45 Party guests collected/leave
• 16:45 You have 15 minutes to clear up
• 17:00 Leave the party room (The next party will have access to the party room from 17:00)

16:45-18:15 Timings

• 16:40 Arrival time (If you or your guests do arrive earlier than 16:40, you will need to wait outside until you are invited in)
• Children will wait in the changing room, parents/family members will have access to the side room and balcony upstairs
• 16:45 Children will enter the gym
• 17:00 You will have access to the party room to setup
• 17:45 You will no longer have access to the side room or balcony
• 17:45 Children will come upstairs to the party room 
• 18:15 Party guests collected/leave
• 18:15 You have 15 minutes to clear up
• 18:30 Leave the party room (The next party will have access to the party room from 18:30)

18:15-19:45 Timings

• 18:10 Arrival time (If you or your guests do arrive earlier than 18:10, you will need to wait outside until you are invited in)
• Children will wait in the changing room, parents/family members will have access to the side room and balcony upstairs
• 18:15 Children will enter the gym
• 18:30 You will have access to the party room to setup
• 19:15 You will no longer have access to the side room or balcony
• 19:15 Children will come upstairs to the party room 
• 19:45 Party guests collected/leave
• 19:45 You have 15 minutes to clear up
• 20:00 The club will be locked promptly at 20:00

Full payment will be taken up to two weeks prior to the date of your party.  Payment is non refundable or transferrable

Gymnasium Rules:

– ANY guests entering the gym must remove their shoes and leave them in the changing room

– We encourage children to remove socks as well

– Absolutely no food or drink to be consumed inside the gym

– There is a water fountain available

– If preferred, water can be consumed from personal water bottles in the changing rooms

*Please make these clear on your party invitations*

The party room will be decorated with gender neutral ‘Happy Birthday’ banners and balloons. 

The following additional decoration is approved:

– Table covers, plates and napkins

– Party hats

– Up to 6 helium balloons on individual string with floor weights

We will not allow any other decoration. This includes but is not limited to balloon or decoration arches, party poppers, piñatas, table confetti, cupcake towers, banners and hanging decorations.

Once children have come upstairs to the party room, you will not have access to the side room or balcony

•       ALL rubbish and recycling will be taken away with you and not placed in the bins outside the building, and the party room and kitchen will be left clean, clear and tidy

•       Your £50 deposit will be refunded on the Monday after your party if you have adhered to the agreement terms. 

Your deposit will be withheld if you have not adhered to the following:

– Party timings

– Taken all rubbish and recycling away with you

– Brought additional decorations to those approved above
