Can I swap my class time this week only or make up a missed class?
No – All our classes are full, therefore we cannot move your class from one week to the next. Class time can be changed at the end of each term when fees are due.
Can I get a refund?
All deposits are non- refundable
All termly class fees are non-refundable
Any other refunds are subject to a £15 administration fee.
How will I know when my child is ready to move onto the next badge level?
Your child will be regularly assessed and monitored by our coaches, and we inform you via email when your child is ready to move to the next level.
What should I expect from each class?
Gymnasts will start with a warmup and stretch and then rotate around the gymnastics equipment. They rotate around different equipment each week and work towards our badge scheme.
Can my child bring a mobile phone to their class?
To ensure the safety and well-being of all children we do not allow the use of personal mobile phones, smartwatches and/or Fitbits in the gym area. We occasionally use company owned devices to take photographs, film videos or register children into classes and will always refer to the image use permissions before doing this.
However, we recognise that in some scenarios your child may need to contact you. If your child does bring a mobile device with them, we ask that it is kept in the cloakrooms at the start of the session. Please note no responsibility is taken for any property brought into the facility.
Do you have car parking facilities?
Yes – We have a large car park outside our building which has free parking for up to 3 hours. You must however remember to display a ticket. You can get a ticket from one of the machines in the car park. You will need your car registration to hand.
Do you have a waiting list?
Yes, if our assessment sessions are full you can add your child to our waiting list. Its on the classes page.
Do classes run through the school holidays?
Yes, we continue sessions through school half term holidays as normal.
We also host fun holiday camps during each school holiday break too.
Classes stop during Easter, summer and Christmas holidays only.
How do I arrange to speak to my child's coach?
You are welcome to speak with the coach or the reception staff. The coaches will also be available at the start or end of the class for a quick chat.
Can I observe the class?
Parents are welcome to stay and view their child’s class on specified dates each term. To prevent overcrowding our facilities, we ask that only one parent per child attends.
Parents of pre-school children must remain in club during their class.
