Party Schedule & Timings
Please arrive no earlier than your allocated arrival time. Early arrivals will be asked to wait outside until invited in.
3.15pm – 4.45pm Slot
15:10 – Arrival -> Children wait in the changing room; parents/family may use the upstairs side room and balcony
15:15 – Children enter the gym
15:15 – Access to party room for setup
16:15 – Side room and balcony access ends
16:15 – Children come upstairs for party food
16:45 – Party ends, guests depart
16:45–17:00 – Clear-up time
17:00 – Party room must be vacated
4.45pm – 6.15pm Slot
16:45 – Children enter the gym
17:00 – Access to party room
17:45 – Side room and balcony access ends
17:45 – Children come upstairs for party food
18:15 – Party ends, guests depart
18:15–18:30 – Clear-up time
18:30 – Party room must be vacated
6.15pm – 7.45pm Slot
18:15 – Children enter the gym
18:30 – Access to party room
19:15 – Side room and balcony access ends
19:15 – Children come upstairs for party food
19:45 – Party ends, guests depart
19:45–20:00 – Clear-up time
20:00 – Venue closes promptly
Payment Terms
Full payment (£295) is due three weeks before the party date
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
Once children move to the party room, access to the side room and balcony ends.
Please ensure that all rubbish and recycling is taken home (do not use on-site bins) and the party room and kitchen are left clean and tidy
Your £50 deposit will be refunded the Monday after your party, provided all terms are met.
The deposit will be withheld if rubbish/recycling is left on-site / unapproved decorations are brought / party timings are not followed.
Gymnasium Rules
To ensure safety and cleanliness, the following rules must be followed:
All guests entering the gym must remove shoes (leave them in the changing room)
Socks should be removed for better grip
No food or drink is allowed inside the gym
A water fountain is available
Children may use personal water bottles in the changing room
Please include these rules in your party invitations.
Party Room Decorations
We will provide: Gender-neutral “Happy Birthday” banners and balloons
Approved additional decorations (you may bring): Table covers, plates, napkins, party hats, up to 6 helium balloons (each with an individual string and floor weight)
Not permitted: Balloon arches, poppers, piñatas, table confetti, hanging decorations, cupcake towers, or any unapproved décor.
